Privacy Policy
Effective .
Who this covers
This policy describes what DataFluentix LLC (“DataFluentix”, “I”, “we”), a Tennessee limited liability company based in Nashville, collects when you visit datafluentix.com or datafluency.ai, and what happens to it. Questions go to hello@datafluentix.com.
What this site collects
- The contact form. Your name, email address, company (optional), your message, and the timeline you pick, plus the IP address and browser identifier attached to the submission. The form data is used to reply to you and to evaluate and carry out an engagement; the IP address and browser identifier are kept to prevent abuse of the form.
- Hosting logs. The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard request logs (IP address, page requested, browser identifier, time) for a short period for security and operations, under Vercel’s own privacy policy. The contact function also writes one line per submission (name, email, company, timeline, IP address and browser identifier, never the message) to the same short-lived runtime logs.
- Nothing else. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, carries no advertising, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. There is nothing to consent to and no banner to click. Because there is no tracking, the site treats every visit the same and does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.
How it is used
To answer you, to scope and deliver work you ask for, to keep the records a business has to keep, and to protect the site from abuse. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the legal bases are our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and running the business, and the steps needed to enter a contract with you. You may object to that processing and may complain to your local data protection authority. Anything you send is transferred to the United States and handled as this policy describes.
Who sees it
The service providers that run the site and deliver messages: Vercel (hosting and submission storage), Resend (email delivery of form submissions), Dynadot (forwarding of mail sent to our addresses) and Google (the mailbox where messages are read). Each processes data under its own terms. We do not sell personal information, do not share it for advertising, and disclose it otherwise only when the law requires.
How long it is kept
Contact submissions are kept while there is a business reason to, normally no longer than two years after the last contact, and are deleted on request.
Your choices
Email hello@datafluentix.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to ask us not to contact you again. We answer within 30 days. Residents of states with privacy laws that grant specific rights may exercise them the same way.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, submissions are stored privately, and access is limited to the principal of the business.
Children
The site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Where data lives
Data is processed and stored primarily in the United States.
